Light of the World

"I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life." St John 8:12 (NKJV)


When Jesus came into this world, he came as a light to extinguish the darkness that was in the world. Before Jesus came, people were in spiritual darkness. Jesus came to bring light and hope into our world. Jesus taught people, healed people and cast, out demons out of people. Jesus welcomed sinners so He can introduce the Light to them. The day you decided to follow Jesus is the day that you went from spiritual darkness to light. You are no longer walking in darkness, but you have the light of life. That light of life is Jesus Christ Himself. So, today walk as children of God have the light of Christ shining within them.
