Don't Be Anxious

6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)

As children of God, we are not supposed to have anxiety over anything. This doesn't mean that we don't acknowledge that we are anxious over something. There are going to be attacks that will arise against us, but we have to take those anxieties to God in prayer. The result of taking our cares, concerns, and anxieties to God is that we can have peace. This peace means a state of quietness. It will protect your heart and mind against anxieties and fears.
